Role Overview:

Looking for a good & honest full time HGV mechanic to join our workshop floor at Northover Energy. This job role is for experienced/qualified mechanic that knows what they're doing and can work efficiently as part of a team and on their own. (minimum of 3 years experience).

Your role will include but not limited to:

-Routine maintenance and servicing.

-MOT Preparation.

-Diagnostics / Fault finding.

-Tyre fitting (With machines).

-Correctly filling in job sheets.

-Working mainly on fuel tankers but also look after an array of other HGV's.

-HGV/ADR license would be beneficial but not essential.

-Although we have a fully equipped workshop your own hand tools are required.

- 40 hours per week minimum. (Flexible or set hours available for the right candidate).

Northover Energy are a family owned, independent, local, fuel distributor, supplying a comprehensive range of fuels across the south coast of England to domestic, agricultural & commercial customers.

Due to continual growth of sales, Northover energy are now looking for a new sales & customer service administrator at our Sturminster Newton office. Are you keen to provide excellent customer service? Do you enjoy talking to people over the phone? Would you like to work in a friendly office environment? This could be the role for you.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has confidence in talking to customers over the phone. Your priority will be to answer incoming calls from customers to process orders on to our system. You will also be asked to proactively contact our lapsed customers. (Full training will be provided).

The Role:

-Handling Inbound calls from customers.

-Proactively calling lapsed customers.

-Dealing with general enquiries.

-Pricing/processing sales orders on the system.

-Confident negotiation skills.

-Upselling additional services & products.

-General office administration.

-Successfully handling difficult customers.

-Other general office activities.

Skills required:

-Confident telephone manner.

-Excellent communication & customer service skills.

-Highly motivated.

-Previous experience within sales & customer service favorable. (But not essential).

-Excellent written communication.

-IT Skills

-Excellent organizational skills.

-Attention to detail.

-Ability to work in busy environment.

-Team player.
